From pulp to protective structure.
Wet-type molded pulp is formed onto suction molds and dried in continuous hot-air tunnels. The resulting ribbed structures serve egg handling, transport, and industrial cushioning applications.
Our existing Korean operations produce more than 450,000,000 molded-pulp egg trays annually. Dry-type thermoforming is a distinct process used for smooth-finish retail cartons, with approximately 150,000,000 cartons produced each year.
Engineering around the product.
Product-specific packaging is developed with in-house CAD, prototyping, and CNC tooling. Ansan houses our head office and R&D, including mold and machine engineering.
Our verified custom packaging range includes industrial roll packs, commercial and consumer electronics packaging, bidet packaging, automotive parts packaging, and cosmetics packaging. The catalog also includes wine and agricultural applications.
Forming stations, hydraulic presses, automated transfers, and drying tunnels are developed in-house, alongside the molds that shape the finished package.

Consistency checked in production.
Automated visual inspection supports consistency across production runs. Products are thoroughly tested using modern technologies to evaluate quality, consistency, and performance.
For a supply discussion, share the product to be packed, required formats, annual volume, packing-line requirements, and delivery needs. These details help frame the tooling, sample, and supply conversation.
Established operations. A developing footprint.
Established in 1978, PN Greentec operates across Cheonan, Gimje, and Ansan in South Korea. Cheonan is the main industrial plant for egg trays and thermoformed cartons; Gimje produces egg trays and specialty packaging; Ansan supports R&D and tooling engineering.
Evaluation across several candidate regions is shaping our U.S. initiative. Production is planned for Q4 2027, not currently operating. Export shipping from Korea remains an option while the longer-term footprint takes shape.
